Day 1: Drive from Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
Get up early in the morning at your respective hotel in Kampala and have an enjoyable breakfast. After, pick up by one of our experienced and well-trained driver-guides ready to embark on a 9-10 hours drive from Kampala to Bwindi.
En route, you will make a stopover at the Equator for a memorable photoshot and at Igongo cultural center you will have lunch before proceeding to the southwestern part of this magical country where these magnificent creatures thrive. Dinner and Overnight
Day 2: Gorilla habituation experience Safari in Bwindi
After an early breakfast and your packed lunch ready, you will walk slowly to the park headquarters for briefing by the park rangers after which we will head out to track the mystical creatures. The beauty of this rainforest is spectacular! The area offers a dramatic steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense, but crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists.
The time taken and the terrain varies with the movements of these great primates. Once you locate a gorilla trekking tour group, you will be allowed an hour in their presence. Day 3: Drive back to Kampala/Entebbe
Get up early in the morning and have breakfast. After, checking out from your respective lodge ready to make a return journey to Kampala.
